International Orders
We
are delighted to ship throughout North America, Western
Europe, Asia, Australia and many other locations! A full
listing of the countries to which we can currently ship
is in the drop-down menu in the on-line order form.
If
your country is not on this list - we are sorry that
we can neither accept an order from nor ship to your
country at this time.
Shipping
fees are calculated by the shopping cart system; our
staff cannot quote these for you. The amount is
calculated based on the delivery location, the type
of shipping you select, what you order, the size of packaging,
weight of the package and value of the merchandise.
Shipments are carefully tracked and insured. An email
will be sent to the email address on the order when
it ships; that email will contain a link you can use
to watch for delivery.
We
bill in US Dollars. Currency conversion is done
by your credit card company at the time that we are
paid. Currency exchange changes frequently; they are
responsible for converting accurately. We cannot quote
for you; however, there are several very good currency
conversion calculators available on line that can help
you estimate.
Please
allow AT LEAST several additional days over the anticipated
delivery time frame for delivery. While most
shipments sail through customs, some are held up for
no apparent reason or explanation for days or even
a couple of weeks.
Any
duties, taxes or tariffs imposed by the country where
the package is delivered will be the responsibility
of the person receiving the package. We can not project
what another country will impose in fees, taxes, tariffs
or duties. These cannot be pre-paid by you or by us.
If you wish your order to be a gift and the recipient
is in another country, we suggest that you have
it
delivered to YOU - then you ship it to the intended
recipient as a gift.
