Finding
Your Garment/Style/Size
- Find
the item you want - use the Search function
or go by Boutique, then Department through navigation.
- Click
on the thumbnail image to reach the full description
page - scroll down for all available information
- sizes, colors, anticipated availability,
etc. Everything you need to make a fully
informed choice is there.
- All
available styles, sizes and colors are listed.
Refer to the drop-down menus for most recent
information on size availability.
Refer to the approximate availability dates
provided for a for
special order items in the descriptions (be
sure to scroll down to see everything). Information
you see there is the information that our staff
has.
- Links
are provided in the description page for size
charts, how to measure & select a size (also
under Need Help? in the top navigation bar) be
sure to use the size chart with the garment(s)
you are selecting - and color charts.
Be sure to use all the resources provided.
- Availability
information is provided right in the description
of every special order style. These are
best estimates. An order can not be placed
requesting earlier delivery than the dates
showing in the description. Stock items typically
ship in about two business days (not weekends
or holidays), so allow no less than four business
days with expedited shipping but it is better
to allow at least 6 to be sure.
Placing
Your Order
- On
the full page description, scroll down to see
all the information and reach the drop-down
menus for ordering. Select from
the available options in the drop-down menus.
IMPORTANT
NOTE:
If you leave the page for any reason and come
back, you will have to re-select your choices
(size, color, quantity, etc).
- When
all your options are chosen, click on "Add
to Cart" button and it will be added to
your shopping cart.
- Add
more items by clicking "Continue Shopping"
- update quantities by clicking "Update
Cart".
- Double
check all details on your order, then go
to check out by clicking "Check Out".
- Continue
with filling out your information to place your
order securely. Confirm and Process.
- Be
SURE that you provide the correct email address
- and make certain that your email will accept
contacts from us to receive your confirmations
and any further communication regarding your
order.
After
Your Order is Placed -
- After
successfully placing your order an Order
Detail Summary will be sent to your email.
Check this over IMMEDIATELY - if anything
is wrong with a special order item, you must notify us in writing in no
more than an hour; once an order is processed,
it cannot be changed. Stock orders
are processed immediately and will not be changeable
once you place the order.
- An
email will be sent from UPS when your order
ships and will contain a tracking url so you
can be watching for delivery.
- Items
that ship direct (from the manufacturer) and
items that you requested shipped to a third
party - an
email will be sent with your invoice and tracking
information after your order has shipped.
If
You Do Not Receive Your Emails -
- First,
be sure that you provided an accurate email
address on your order. Then, check the settings in your email client to
be sure it
will accept emails from our company (@theperfectpear.com).
Our automated system is not capable of filling
out a form or making application for acceptance
by your system.
- Check
your spam and/or filtered mail folders - your
computer may have put them there.
- Contact
Customer Service any time using the Contact
button at the top of any page; our Order Center
does not have information on orders that have
been placed. Provide us with the new, correct
email address that will reach you immediately.
All customer service is by email.
- Contact
your ISP (Internet Service Provider) and demand
an explanation about why you are not receiving
your emails (they may be filtering them at the
server - we have no control over that).
When
are you billed? Payment
is completed within 24 hrs of placing your order. Stock
orders are shipped almost immediately. Why do you pay
for special order items right away? Because once you
have place your order into production, that garment
is yours. Review "What
is a Special Order?" for full information.
