Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?

  • Stock items (only) can be returned or exchanged if unworn, unlaundered, in original packaging with all tags attached, etc.  Review Policies.  Request a Return Authorization within three (3) days of delivery.  It MUST be postmarked NO LATER than seven (7) days after delivery.  Why?  We simply will not allow the possibility that you will receive a used piece of merchandise from a previous person. No, assuring us that it was unused does not change this policy.
  • Special order merchandise is NOT returnable or exchangeable.  Why?  It was made for you! We cannot make garments on a "look it over and then decide" basis.  Review "What is a Special Order?" where we discuss this in full. A link is provided in the description of every special order item.  This is only fair to us!  We provide you with all the tools to make a fully informed decision, so you can be sure of receiving exactly what you ordered.
  • Clearance items, socks, hairbows, underwear including bras and/or slips/petticoats and headpieces are not returnable.  You wouldn't want to receive these items from us after somebody else has tried them!
  • If an exchange on a stock item is needed, place a new order and immediately request a return authorization.  You will be charged for the new order and then credited  when the original merchandise back on time and in good order.
  • Original shipping cost is not reimbursed on returns/exchanges.
  • We will be happy to review items you feel were sent incorrectly or have manufacturer's defects. We will do our utmost to be sure that you receive exactly the fine quality garments that you ordered. However, special orders will never be returnable or exchangeable; we will repair or replace (at our discretion) the exact quantity, style, color and size in your original order.
  • If you were shipped the wrong garment and/or size (base on the printed invoice that was emailed to you) we will correct it and pay for the return and re-delivery shipment.
  • We will accept merchandise to be returned for credit, provided it meets the above-mentioned guidelines. You will not be credited for shipping charges paid on the original order. Credit will be issued on the purchaser's charge chard; we cannot issue credit to another person, another charge card or by check.

Q: How do I send something back?

Request a Return Authorization by filling out this form.  The instructions will be sent to you within one (1) business day (not Saturday, Sunday or holidays).  
 

    1. The request must be from the purchaser.
    2. Know the style number(s) and item(s) are you going to be sending back?
    3. The order #
    4. What is the reason you're sending the items back?
    5. Date delivered.

Q: What is your return address?

This varies depending on the merchandise.  The correct return address will be provided to you with your Return Authorization.

Returns and exchanges can take approximately 4 weeks from shipment to arrive and be processed.  We cannot tell you when/ that it has arrived until the return has been fully processed. We appreciate your patience.

Q: How do I ship something back?

You are welcome to use any shipping method of choice.  However, do NOT squash or smash an item into a too small package - box or envelope.  If damaged, it cannot be accepted.  We encourage you to return merchandise in the box it arrived in. Always insure the package before sending it back.

If you live outside the United States there may be additional fees charged by the Customs offices in your country for exchanged merchandise re-shipped to you which the recipient of the delivery will be responsible to pay.
