Shipping
We
ship via UPS. For domestic deliveries you have the option
of standard ground shipping or expedited (which is 2-day
air to most locations in the continental United States).
Note
that we highly recommend that you select expedited shipping
at check out if you are ordering an item on a rush order
time frame.
A
full, accurate street address must be provided for delivery;
UPS cannot deliver to military addresses such as an
APO or FPO.
Order
ship out and deliveries are made Monday-Friday (except
for holidays).
Overseas
deliveries have the option of WorldWide Express or WorldWide
Expedited. Shipments to Canada include these as
well as standard ground.
We
are able to ship to all the countries currently in the
drop-down menu in the shopping cart's ordering system
which includes all of North America, Western Europe,
Australia, and much of Asia as well as several
other countries. We cannot accept orders from nor deliver
to countries not listed there.
An
email is sent from UPS when your order ships to you.
That email will contain a tracking url; just click
on it and it will take you to the UPS site with your
delivery status. If there is a problem with your
delivery, an Exception notification will also be sent.
These notifications are sent to the email address
you provide on your order. We cannot predict or provide
a delivery date until your order has shipped and that
email has been sent.
The
person receiving a delivery outside the United States
will be responsible for any taxes, tariffs, or duties
imposed by that country before delivery can be completed.
We cannot reimburse for these if you return the merchandise.
We are sorry, but we are not able to quote what another
country might impose in taxes.
